Private, customized Pilates classes at your group/home location. Examples of customized offerings include: Pilates for Rowers/Golfers/Runners/Tennis/etc.; Pilates for Seniors or Chair Pilates (Pilates classes while seated in a chair); Bachelorette or Wedding Weekend Pilates; Pilates for Family Holidays - when your family is over for the holidays and you want a private group session; Pilates with Strollers - for new parents and babies in strollers.
